Refund Policy – Numeric Store
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our international logistics model, returns are not generally accepted.
2. Exceptions
However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The item is not received
- The item is significantly different from the description
- The item arrives damaged
3. Claims
To request a resolution, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or proof
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address provided
- Minor variations (color/size due to manufacturing)
5. Resolution
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund (case-by-case)
6. Chargebacks
Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
